Former member of the renowned orchestra David Calzado y su Charanga Habanera, Leo is currently part of the eminent band Giraldo Piloto y Klimax as a vocalist. Without splitting up from Klimax, Leo launches his very first solo album entitled “Todo de mi”, offering works of some very well-known young Cuban authors such as Osmany Espinosa and Jesse Suárez in genres like salsa, balada, fusión. Musicians from the most-famous orchestra Alexander Abreu y Habana D’ Primera accompany the album, which sees the participation of guests from Ogguere and Los 4, and prestigious instrumentalist like Elmer Ferrer, Rolando Luna and Yusef Díaz, who is also the producer; the album also earned a Cubadisco 2013 nominee in the Latin Music category. In addition to his job as singer, Leo is also a TV show host, enjoying great notoriety among the Cuban audience.
